Annual Meeting High Tea

Our Annual Meeting High Tea took place on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. On the agenda were two items impacting members:

 

1. Resolution: To amend the Bylaws of the YWCA Greater Pittsburgh by replacing the mission statement and adding a vision statement as reflected in the attached edited page 1 of the Bylaws.

 

2. Resolution: To amend the Bylaws of the YWCA Greater Pittsburgh to remove fees for membership as reflected in the attached edited page 1 of the Bylaws. (Background document attached.)

 

Members may vote on these Resolutions through Friday, Janyuary 20, 2012.
