Bridge Housing Program
This program is currently full and we are not accepting applications at this time.
Bridge Housing provides transitional housing and support services to homeless women and their children -- up to ten families and six single women at any one time.
Families may stay for a maximum of two years. Support services include case management, life skills education, referrals and assistance with permanent housing placement, referrals to community based health and welfare agencies, and assistance and support with vocational and educational goals and a food pantry. The goal of all services is to help families permanently break the cycles of homelessness and poverty and become self sustaining.
