With CCIS policy changes on the horizon for Pennsylvania in 2017, YWCA Greater Pittsburgh worked alongside Ounce of Prevention Fund to create a comprehensive review of six states’ policies and practices for providing child care subsidies to families experiencing homelessness, with direct recommendations for Pennsylvania and beyond.
