Removing Barriers, Connecting Women, Creating Opportunities

image description

The YWCA Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is a community resource for strengthening connections between women, their families, friends and the organizations that provide services and support to women.  We help remove barriers and disparities that discourage women from achieving self-sufficiency.  We offer a safe and supportive space for women to connect to resources that include basic needs, housing, legal, health, childcare, financial,  career, personal  and professional development.

We open doors of opportunity directly through the following YWCA programs:

We also connect women and their families to resources through referrals to partner agencies and community organizations.

Personalized services offered by phone or walk-in Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Phone: 412-255-1488
Walk-in locations: 305 Wood St, Downtown Pittsburgh; 6907 Frankstown Ave., Homewood-Brushton
